Tradition in Every Swing

The Legacy of Strength

Welcome
to Traditional Indian Practice

Traditional Indian practice is founded by Aadhar Verma who grew up in Northern India.

He has always been drawn towards fitness and sports and came through a wrestling linage. He grew up in a traditional wrestling Akhara (Indian wrestling ring) and was initiated in
wrestling by Guru Jasvant Singh – a Yogi and a wrestler.

He has completed his bachelor’s degree in physical education & sports and his master’s degree in yogic science from Gurukul Kangri University Haridwar.

Having used these amazing traditional tools such as jori, mugdar, Gada etc., he found it difficult to find good quality tools that use traditional medicinal wood. So he decided to create and design his own.

This was the beginning of Traditional India Practice TIP.

Crafting Tradition & Power

Traditional Indian practice focuses on holistic health based on traditional methods.

Our traditional holistic tools are designed with appropriate leverage of equipment with great longevity and excellent craftsmanship. Each design is inspired by statues from ancient temples all over India.

We selected the most talented craftsmen to create any design.

During his master’s in yogic science, he learned the medicinal benefits of plants and trees. This allows us to prescribe the most beneficial wood for any alignments such as arthritis, high blood pressure, low immunity, etc.

During his physical education & sports degree

He evolved his teachings for modern-day teacher training for personal trainers, for sports-specific training i.e., cricket, tennis, golf, martial arts, boxing, and for general fitness.

So now Traditional Indian Practice has certified workshops and courses to suit all.
