Kushti Karlakattai— 6 to 12 KG 3 ft long Single Rosewood club

One of the best gadas I’ve bought and it means a lot to me because of the tarak mantra engraved on it. Swinging this gada allows me to cross any difficulty. It’s made consciously without harsh chemicals and the workmanship is exquisite . It’s truly a gada worthy to connect to Hanuman. Jai Shri Ram.

I met Aadhar in Rishikesh for my Mudgar classes and trust me I fell in love with Mudgar training more than ever before. All Thanks to him as he explains and guides in detail. I have purchased many mudgars from Aadhar, for personal use as well for my clients and they all love it. The quality of the mudgars are very premium and solid also, they are beautifully carved that you feel like training with them every day, now I can’t wait for my new one.

As a personal trainer, I am well-acquainted with the ins and outs of teaching others. Aadhar is a fantastic instructor who begins each session with a perfect warm-up and prayer. While teaching the main portion of each session he is able to troubleshoot form issues with ease, break down movements into pieces to help you learn the whole in manageable steps, and help you markedly improve all throughout. He is able to explain everything in different ways according to what each student best understands, is very good at helping avoid injury or pain, and will challenge you without overwhelming you. He furthermore preserves the traditional style of the practice – unlike many others who treat this movement art like it’s barbell lifting. There is a sense of respect for the history and honor of the wisdom of the ages. In short, whatever you are seeking in learning this practice, you will find it in Aadhar’s sessions.

The Karlakattai I purchased from TIPHandicrafts is a work of art, with its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Aadhar pours his heart and dedication into every piece, ensuring both beauty and functionality. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for authentic, traditional Indian clubs.

I recently embarked on my journey into Indian wooden club training with Aadhar Verma, and I must say, it has been nothing short of transformative. The ancient art of wielding these clubs not only builds physical strength but also fosters mental focus and discipline. What truly amplified my experience was the exceptional quality of the equipment I acquired. The Indian wooden clubs I purchased were crafted with meticulous attention to detail, exuding authenticity and durability. The smooth finish and balanced weight of each club enhanced my grip and maneuverability, allowing for fluid movements and precise control during training sessions. As I progress in my practice, I find myself continually impressed by the reliability and resilience of these clubs. They withstand rigorous workouts and repetitive motions with ease, ensuring a consistent and effective training regimen. In essence, investing in high-quality Indian wooden club equipment has significantly enriched my training experience, enabling me to unlock new levels of strength, coordination, and overall well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend these clubs to anyone seeking a profound and rewarding fitness journey.

I have been training and studying with Aadhar for a while now. As someone who have been training martial arts and have extensive knowledge and education about the human body I have found the training with Aadhar extremely helpful and complementary to everything I am doing.
On a personal level, the training has helped to open my body and strengthen areas of weakness. I highly recommend training with Aadhar, he is a wonderful teacher to work with and very thankful to him . 🙏

I am clare. I just wanted to share with you how please I am with my custom made Gada that aadhar made for me. I had this idea I wanted to have a snake on my gada and I wanted the snake to be a bit like the ouroboros where snake is eating itself and this design around the centre of Gada has really exceeded my expectations. He listened to what I wanted he knew what weights and all of the details of actual gada itself but then the design meant so much to me, he was able to create this. I am absolutely delighted with my snake Gada it’s amazing
