Traditional Indian practice is founded by Aadhar Verma who grew up in north India.
He has always been drawn towards fitness and sports and came through a wrestling linage. He grew up in a traditional wrestling Akhara (Indian wrestling ring) and was initiated in
wrestling by Guru Jasvant Singh – a Yogi and a wrestler.
He has completed his bachelor’s degree in physical education & sports and his master’s degree in yogic science from Gurukul Kangri University Haridwar.
Having used these amazing traditional tools such as jori, mugdar, Gada etc., he found it difficult to find good quality tools that use traditional medicinal wood. So he decided to create and design his own.
This was the beginning of Traditional India Practice TIP.
